Composite roof replacement cost in Sacramento

What should I expect to roughly pay per square for a legitimate contractor to do a roof replacement in Sacramento?
Composite shingle, single layer tear off and replacement, Single story, moderate pitch (easy to walk on). Right now I'm assuming the plywood is in okay shape, but I'll need to take a look this weekend.

Is 300 a square a reasonable estimate for the high end? I'm figuring about $100/square for material, and about $150/square for labor, and $50/square for what ever comes up.

I think my 1050 sq/ft rental  = about 13 squares of roof, for a total cost < $4k?
