Kitchen and bath renovations

I am about to close on my first investment property in Portsmouth, NH. I am looking for reasonably priced but quality cabinetry and appliances for a full kitchen and bathroom remodel. The ARV for the 3 BR 1.5 Bath Ranch in a family neighborhood will be $325k to $350k. I am looking for recommendations on cabinetry suppliers, contractors and other resources suitable for an affordably priced "starter" or family home for this region.
