The Company is moving

The company I have been working for is moving out of Florida to Arizona.

I rehab homes for them and I'm licensed for the state of Florida. They produce alot of homes here in Florida.  But once they move the homes Will be cut in half here.

My question is...  Is it at my advantage to branch out that far?  I have been thinking about branching out into Georgia from Florida but never considered Arizona.

Also, if I wanted to buy my first distressed property is it hard to do?  As in purchase and flip?
