Wholesalers near St. Charles MO
I am not sure if I am posting this in the correct place, but I did search and couldn't find what I was looking for. I am hoping to find a wholesaler that would be willing to work with me I am currently looking for single family homes to flip in St. Charles county Missouri. I have been trying to get one off the MLS but every time I find one they get snatched up immediately. I have considered buying at auction at courthouse or on auction.com but I am a little nervous about getting a property that is occuied. Thanks for any help.
