Selling a Condo in Florida
Hi all, I am renting a condo in central Florida. The owners live in Ohio. they want to sell the unit for 200k (this is what they want!). They asked if we can sell it for them and we'll take the fee that an RE agent would. I am not a licensed RE agent, but let's say I find a buyer for $210k. What process do I need to follow so I can close and earn the 10k difference? Do I find my own re attorney, title and insurance company? In the meantime we're looking to rent elsewhere. I figured this is a great opportunity to get my career in RE going.
