Where Do I Start?!

I really want to get into real estate, but I have no idea where to start! Help

I would start by reading some real estate book. Like Rich Dad Poor Dad series. especially the "Real Book in Real estate" by Robert Kiyosaki. Those book will get you pumped up and set your mind straight. Then save up some money for down payment, go out to local real estate meeting club and connect with a Realtor that is also an investor and go hunt for your 1st property.

At least that's how i started, and the wealth keeps on snow balling from then.

And remember. When it gets hard, don't quit! Consistent and Persistent will be your friends.

The PERFECT way to figure out how to enter Real Estate is to listen to some FREE podcasts.  They have highly successful investors as guests and pick their brain.  It's an unbelievable resource!  This will give you free(valuable) information and cover a lot of ground so you can get an idea of different ways to invest in real estate.  I am a big fan of the Bigger Pockets podcasts but there are plenty others out there.

@Andre Dillard Bigger Pockets Beginners Guide will break it down for you nicely.

I recommend you read a lot and interact as much as possible on the sight, learn the lingo as well.  Learning the popular term will make reading easier and will show how serious you are when you meet other investors. Do not be scared, some of the concepts get over whelming at first.  I was just telling my wife last night it is amazing how much I have learned from the first time I signed up on BP till now but I was only able to get to where I am by staying committed to the sight and all it can offer.
