FIX and Flip Cost Template

I am looking for a template that will calculate the a maximum  cost to purchase a fix and flip , with a variety of financial options and then a template to manage all project costs. I can create one, just not trying to reinvent the wheel.  I have use the calculator on Bigger Pockets but it only allow for dollars instead of % to calculate.

the calculation you are looking for will be different if you are financing the deal or cash
