Another one under the book. This one is a flip.Typical 4/2/2 in Houston Texas sold for around 300k built after 1980.The roof was so bad we we throw in a new roof and take some arial photo. 

The above is also our buy box if there is any wholesaler in this group working deal in the Houston area.
