Los Angeles Country Flip Opportunities
Hey All,
I am currently in the market for FLIP opportunities in the Los Angeles area. I know the price points are lofty but I am targeting areas such as the valley (lake balboa, van nuys, canoga park, reseda) and looking for distressed properties to maximize potential. Ideally something off market. I have a few rental properties that I have done cosmetic renovations on but have not done a fix and flip Would love to connect with folks that have expertise in the market, flipping, lending, contractors....etc. I live in the area as well so would love to meet up with anyone to discuss and net work as well!
