Real Estate Commission when working together with real estate agent / investor

Rich Anthony
Posted

I am curious what's standard? I am going through my first project.

I am a real estate agent flipping a home together with a silent investor.

The silent investor is putting the down payment and I am finding the home, managing the project, and listing the project. We agreed to a 50/50 partnership. Should the real estate agent be entitled to the listing commission or just split everything 50/50 ?
