Buying forclosure and rehabbing 1st time need advice
I’m about to attend a foreclosure sale and I have a few in mInd but when I acquire one of the properties I want to know the best way to get it rehabbed without a lot of cash. My credit score is fairly decent. It’s about a 720 what should I do?
