Hey BP 

I am new to the game and have my first rehab coming up in a month or so and wanted to reach out to the BP community and see if I can inquire to the locals around the durham or raleigh NC area to see if there are any others that are getting ready to start projects or have just started. I am looking to maybe get some experience / practice at reviewing rehab cost / estimating as well as how you kick off your projects. My thought is if I could tag along/shadow someone to learn a little bit and in return I could offer up any knowledge/helping hands I have. Again I am new but I am sure that I could help out in some way in exchange for the knowledge I would gain from the experience.  I am just trying to get real world experience from someone that has done it.

I just got my second rental under contract in Durham. It is a duplex near downtown. We are going to do a light rehab on the property. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. I can try to point you in the right direction
