AirBnb manager in Indianapolis?

I have a duplex in Indianaoplis (46205), and one side is going vacant.  I was thinking about turning it into a vacation rental.  I was wondering if anyone knows a good manager in the area (I am out of state) that I can speak to

Gotcha,  I can recommend looking at similar listings on sites like airdna and mashvisor to see if it's even worth your time in your market, we purchased in a vacation market and did lots of research before our purchase.  Good luck, it looks like your carefully weighing your options so I'm sure you'll do what's best!

Also check with insurance about converting a rental into Airbnb. I know that changes things on that side of things!

@Yitzchok Carmen haha no this is actually a different one than I was talking about before@David Macias I hear that but there are a few things I'd like to talk over with an experienced operator in that part of town. I've never done air bnb , I don't really know if this property would make a good one, I don't really know what the numbers would look like, I need to know what level to renovate to, etc. I'd gladly take a smaller profit for the first year or so in exchange for expertise and know how

I'd highly recommend managing it yourself. We manage a vacation rental out of state and it has been super easy after the setup. A manager will charge you between 10-20% of your profit for something you could automate and manage easily.  Automate pricing, check in/out, find a reputable cleaner and handyman. After that it's just basic book keeping and sending out a few messages a couple times a week. Well worth saving that extra 20% and controlling who is actually in your property.
