Getting know Indianapolis
Hi all,
I’m an investor from Israel and I have just entered the market in Indianapolis.
I appreciate yours help to understand which neighborhoods in Indianapolis and the surroundings will fit my strategy of buy and hold/fix and flip with ARB of about 60K-70K.
Thanks a lot and have a great and healthy weekend 😊

@Eden Pogiro Welcome to BP and welcome to the Indy market place. It's a wonderful city. Everything depends on location, but an ARV of $70K is really low. That would be a C-/D class neighborhood most likely. Rents would be around $500-800. You could cash-flow but the tenants may not be that great.
Good luck man!
