Whould love to hear your opinions
Hi, my name is Nimrod and I represent a group of private investors from Israel.
Our real estate business up until today was the European and Israeli market and for a long time we've been talking about making a move towards the US market, after doing some homework we decided to build our business in Indianapolis and for the last week we've been trying to decide where in Indi to invest? The areas could be up to a 1 hour drive from the city and our strategy is to build the most suitable and professional team and going for turn key rental flips up to 150,000 arv with the possibility to do up to 8 of those for the year to come.
We whould appreciate your time and information shared with us and looking forward to hear your thoughts about great neighborhoods that fits our criteria.
We whould also love to talk with :brokers/agents /contractors/wholesalers/property managers that are an expert in the strategy that we chose and start building our relationship network in order to build the right team and moving forward as soon as possible.
Thank you for your time and help

@Nimrod Elbaz Great for you! I woud be very careful, especially out of country. Holding individuals or companies accountable can be difficult. In my experience, I've not seen many out of country investors do very well. In fact, I've seen them lose money. In my opion, it was due to turning funds over to people who didn't use those funds appropriately.
Do your due diligence and don't think you have to move too quickly. Here's a blog on due diligence. This is more Indianapolis focused, that's just because I'm from Indy.
