@Albert Ellis which neighborhood is this in? Chicago is a huge market and the GCs won't work across the whole city so we can help you better if you tell us where this property is located at. Also, what is your SOW? Are you doing a full on gut rehab? Light cosmetic turns of the units? Code violations?
