Investors who work as Brokers (Agents)

Working towards passing my licensing exam next month. Exploring different options as to where I should work as an agent that would both offer me career enjoyment but also allow me to learn more about investment along the way. This is a quick post so ignore my lack of detail. Using this post to more of gather my thoughts.

Option 1: Work for a traditional brokerage, keller, braid, etc. I enjoy residential, but understand I may not come in contact with investors and knowledge.

option 2: work for Networth Realty, learn many aspects of investment, I believe I have the potential to get in with them. Downfalls are that they are a wholesale brokerage and any one familiar with them would know their downfalls

Option 3: Work for an investment brokerage. I know this would be the best path in terms of learning as much about investment as I can, but I feel I fall short considering I don't have much experience, but I have the drive for knowledge and growth. Seeking some like Second City for example.

Are you trying to be a realtor full time? If so go somewhere with good training/teams. 70%+ split though some places offer 50% and claim amazing training but it's all really the same and with basic training you either have personality or you don't.

Kale realty has lots of investors check them out. Second City is cool reach out to Brie on here it's her brokerage.

I brokered over 9 million last year feel free to reach out with any questions.
