Does anyone have any experience they can share regarding purchasing properties at the Cook County Foreclosure sale, I drove quire a few properties and some of them still had tenants.

What has been your experience, what pitfalls should I consider as I move into to area of investing?

Hello @Adrienne Wonzer I have no experience with Foreclsoures in Cook County but I do have experience with SFR in general. I recommend to do a title search prior to any bidding. Every state is different in regards to its Landlord/tenant. IN most state you would need a WRIT OF POSSESION to remove owners.

Let me know if I can be of further assistants
