I'm a new investor and I came across a wholesale opportunity in Glenview and I would like to provide thorough numbers for prospective buyers. After researching I learned that the house would probably be torn down to build a much larger home. Keeping this in mind, what data should I provide to potential buyers?  Fix and Flip numbers, market analysis of new construction, etc.
