Investor Friendly Realtor in Savannah
Looking for recommendations to network with an investor friendly realtor in Savannah with a specific focus on the Richmond Hill and/or Pooler areas. I currently own a rental home in Richmond Hill and would like to add 3-5 properties over the next five years. I live out of state so I would prefer to work with a realtor who is a "multi-tool" and able to help facilitate making connections with other team members down the road (i.e., Mortgage Broker, Attorney, etc.). Appreciate any suggestions you might have!

Investor friendly REA can encompass several different characteristics but they tend to have some experience with identifying investment properties by evaluating the numbers (i.e., capitalization rate, return on investment) and/or working with creative financing. They may also be comfortable with submitting non-traditional offers such as HUD, foreclosure a, and short sales. Most REAs should be able to facilitate finding properties given the appropriate criteria but some investor friendly REAs can be a great addition to the team if they have some of the aforementioned capabilities/experiences.
