Condos for Investors

There seems to be a big market for condos in the Columbus, OH area. While condo's aren't my foray, I do come across off market condo deals that seem to be going to waste. 

Is there a a meetup or group in the Columbus, OH area for condo investors? I know there is CREIA and other smaller groups, but seems to be more educational than networking and deal making.
