30 or 60 day notice?
I have a tenant on a one year lease expiring on Dec 31st. The lease reverts to month to month on Jan 1st. . Once it goes to month to month does the one year rule apply here in Ga where it is not a 30 day notice, but a 60 day notice?
If I decide to raise her rent for February I would need to give notice now and thus fall under the 30 day notice bacause I am stil under the 1 year lease? Or would I need a 60 day notice?
