Does anyone know a good attorney in Atlanta who specializes in setting up owner financing deals? I have a condo in Midtown I am considering financing to a buyer I'm talking to.

Paul. Seller financing is identical to bank financing, note and security deed.

Every closing attorney does this.  Just ask for a lender friendlier note and mortgage not the std FANNIE doc

The mistake I made was too small of a late fee.  Std terms are Late after 15 days and fee of 5%.

I suggest late after 10 days and a late fee of $100 or so but not the silly $30.

Paul Smythe An Attorney is not necessarily needed for Owner financing, your agent can set that up, with amortization schedule and title company can close the file. You just tell the agent the terms you would like. I can assist with that as well.
