New Investor - Atlanta area

Hi all!

I hope this note finds you well in the run-up to Thanksgiving. I'm not quite as active of a poster on Bigger Pockets as I should be; however, I've spent an inordinate amount of time reading and learning about real estate investing.  There's a wealth of knowledge here and I'm thankful for that.  I live in the Atlanta metro area and would like to complete my first fix and flip in the coming months. I own a couple of investment properties and would like to take the next step in this process to begin employing a new strategy: fix and flip.  I've given this a good amount of thought and I'm interested in working with a real estate agent, lender and general contractor that have experience working with investors.  I noticed that many real estate agents on this site are not all that helpful to new investors.  Perhaps they view it as a waste of time and a relationship that will bear no fruit.  I've reached out to a few only to receive no reply.

Anyhow, if you're interested and have the bandwidth to take on a new client, I'd love to chat with you about your experiences and how you handle transactions.  Perhaps we can set up time to connect via phone to discuss a path forward. Thanks for your time.

Best regards,
Marcus
