Atlanta (Cobb County) Inspector Recommendations

Hi everyone,

My husband and I just got our first investment property (singe family home) under contract and would like some recommendations on a good inspector in Atlanta/Cobb County.

Also, since we are first time investors, I'd like to know your opinion about previous water damage in a property: this house has had water leak in the kitchen area and damaged some of the subflooring. The seller disclosed in the disclosure that they had fixed the problem and treated mold. Should we hire someone who specializes in mold to do the home inspection? (The seller allows us to rip off the kitchen vinyl floor to inspect what's underneath).

Your advice is greatly appreciated!
