Construction and Demo Costs Estimate (Orlando area)

Hi everyone,

I'm curious: does anyone have insight on estimated psf demo costs for a single family home in the Orlando/Central Florida area? To add to that, estimated psf new construction costs would be helpful, as well.

I understand it's a broad-reaching question that can vary based on many factors, but if anyone wants to take a stab at it, I'm all ears.

@Ben Blanton in my market a general WAG # we use is $100 PSF for remodels, $250 for New Construction.  I work for a Single Family home builder in Pinellas County outside of Tampa
