Hi all, 

I am in the process purchasing a property in Oviedo area, for buy and hold purpose. It needs some rehab. I have a quote from one contractor that I got through my realestate agent, but would like to get at least a couple more. If you know of a contractor who you worked in the past and can recommend highly, I would appreciate a referral. Please PM the info.
