Airbnb - Duval County

Does anyone know the current rules and regulations on STVRs in Duval county, not beaches? I seem to find only older information on this subject that may or may not be applicable anymore. I see several listed Airbnbs in residential areas, so I'm trying to get the most up-to-date information on this.
