Looking for a Lender in Colorado - I need recommendations

I looking at making my first deal this year hopefully, this summer. I would like to find a lender so I know how much I can be looking at when I want to invest. Does anyone have recommendations on who I can go talk to? I am currently working in the Denver area and living in Highlands Ranch. I would like to do some househacking by using an FHA loan. I have been saving up for awhile now so I have some cash on hand for a down payment.

If you are looking for a government backed loan (like an FHA or conventional loan), Limetree Lending is low cost because they have virtually no overhead and Lisa provides great service. I have no affiliation with Limetree, but they have earned my praise. Good luck!
