Brought first home but new ac installed didn't have permit pulled

I purchased a home a year ago. I had issues with ac. I did have home warranty so had repairman come. I was told the ac that was purchased in 2018, was not installed to code. The condenser is not connected to concrete slab, the drain line isn't 2 ft from home per termite code. I also called ac manufacturer Rheem and the ac wasn't even registered. I was not told permit wasn't pulled but that i had new ac installed. What are my options? Am i stuck with bill to reinstall the unit?
