Good contractors in Fresno?

Hello All,

My wife and I should be closing on a small SFH in Fresno this week. Place will need a complete rehab on the inside and a yard tear down/haul away. I plan on doing a lot of the simpler items but will need some construction work done as well as flooring. Anyone have a good contractor recommendation? Good flooring install company?

Being a handyman myself most folks find me through yelp so that's where I go looking. There seems to be a handful of contractors with good reviews that come up in fresno area. I think reviews are a great way to vet folks.

I plan on starting demo work first week of May and want to get thing thing turned around by 1st of July. Place is only 500 sq. ft.

Thanks for the help!
