Property Manager/ Investor/ Landlord
Hey all, I’m new to this app so bare with me.
I’m a Property Manager (3+ years experience), an investor (10+ years), and a Landlord (1 year) living in Fort Myers, FL. I currently own my home and have two tenants living in it. The first covers my mortgage and the second provides approx $400 cash flow - so I’m living free+ and building equity.
What/How would you recommend finding investors for another multi tenant residential location? My initial thought is look for a duplex to invest into. Would this be wise, or better to stick with single family homes?
Thanks for your help,
-Matt
