San Diego Density Maximization/Rezoning

Hey everyone!

I am getting out of the military in roughly a year and a half. The last 6 months, I have the opportunity to intern for someone while still getting paid through the military. I would like to talk to people in the San Diego area who specialize in rezoning land and developing for maximum density. If you know anyone, or you would be willing to talk for a few minutes, I would be incredibly grateful for you time.

Thanks in advance!

Talk to Adit Shah (not sure why I can't @mention him here) - look him up in the BP search.
