We are new to real estate investing and looking to build a team of professionals to look at our whole financial picture and to advise us as we make decisions. Specifically a real estate attorney, an estate attorney (or a combo of both), a CPA who specializes in estate planning and real estate investments, and an insurance broker.  Does anyone have reputable recommendations in the SD area?  Thanks!
