Greetings LA Biggerpockets Community,

I am currently beginning my real estate investing journey on the East Coast, and have plans to move out west to LA in August. I have developed some ideas on how this might work, but would welcome the chance to connect with anyone currently involved in the LA real estate scene to refine my plans and get some insight into the market out there.
