Does anyone have access to the list of multi family homes on this list?  Has anyone purchase a home from the REAP program?

I would strongly suggest staying away from REAP properties. Although you may be able to pick one up at a good price they are almost always involved in or will eventually be involved in a habitability lawsuit. Plaintiff law firms contact multi-family buildings and sign up tenants at REAP properties. Once you purchase the building you most likely will get sued along with the seller who caused the building to go into REAP. I would be interested to hear of any angle you may have to avoid this.
