Property by the flood channel
I am interested in a property in Southern California that is at the foot of the mountain. The property is right by a flood channel that runs down the hill. The flood channel creases some privacy for this property, and is much lower than the lot where the house sits. Also, the channel is very dry right now. But I am still concerned with the flood when it rains. Am I worrying too much? given that it is Southern California, where it does not rain that much. Thanks.
