No money, no experience, 1 home, need help, have a plan

My dad has left me a 2 bedroom 1 bath single family home in east Austin not far from downtown. The home needs to be rehabbed, but I have no money. I plan on listing the property on Airbnb because of the number of people coming to visit Austin, and the recent COVID restrictions being lifted. With the returns from the Airbnb I will cover the cost of the rehab, and services. Can anyone help I’m new to real estate and just looking for ways to get started?

@Courtlan Ross I’d talk to a lender about a cash out refi. Based on the limited info you provided, I’d guess you have a lot of built up equity. I’d be happy to jump on a quick call with you to talk through some of your options. Also happy to connect you to some lenders in the Austin area.
