Transferring ownership? Gifting?

Hi need advice, I’m unemployed at the moment I cannot qualify for any house. I came across a house and I love it and my girlfriend is willing to purchase it, she qualifies for it but she wants nothing to do really with multi family investing but wants to try and transfer it into my name after purchasing. Any advice

? As far as transferring a deed? What should I do. Her gifting me the house? Selling me the house? Changing the deed to my name?

Just be sure you can legally charge fees to be a PM. If you don’t have a broker license, you might need to get a third party involved if you have no ownership in the property. This likely varies based on what state it is in.
