Refinancing Properties in LLC

I have several MF in LLC's where equity could be taken out. What is the best strategy and how do I go about refinancing MF properties when they are in LLC's as opposed to titled in my name?

Thank you!

Jon

Quit claim the property back to your name, close in personal name, quit claim it back to LLC right after you fund. We have had it transferred back to personal name prior to closing and also had it done right at closing. Check with your lender and see how they prefer it to be done. The title company you choose can do it all for you.

Thanks.
