I am a 31 year who has a trucking /oilfield company who is looking to cachet and go full real estate. I started my trucking/oilfield company in 2008, a year later I started to invest into real estate. I learned a lot about how to manage and being a landlord/handyman works. While at the same time running a business that takes 90% of my time and effort. I have been able to succesfuly run both. I have annualized that the real estate has made me more profit with less labor hrs. than working 60 to 100 hrs. a week. For the past few years I have put real estate on the back burner cause I thought it was a extra income to my first job. In reality it has been my most profitable adventure yet and I have only put a third of my time into it. You are probably thinking because the price of oil; that i'm looking for new source of income but, I am actually making more money than I ever have since I started. How is this because I have been lucky for one and that I strive to be the best at whatever I do. My downfall has been that I have not focused more on my real estate investmenst than my oil field work witch has brought me to working 80 hrs or more a week. While all this time a few hrs here and there have brought me more finacial freedom than ever before. I just wish I seen this a few years back! I am now looking to cash out on my oil field equipment and go 100% into real estat
