Parking Strategy
Hi Everyone,
I wanted to ask your thoughts on a strategy I am contemplating. I was thinking of buying commercial properties with parking, reselling the building but keeping the parking asset for myself. Then I can either lease the parking lot back to the end-buyer, or just use it as a parking lot and advertise to the general public. How feasible is this strategy? Are there buyers for buildings without parking? Thoughts? Suggestions on how to improve on this?
