Looking to build a business
I've been in the real estate market for a while. Thinking of opening a company with multiple divisions such as Real Estate Brokerage, construction services, and connecting current clients with independant plumbing and electrians. I'm thinking Trademark company with subsidiaries. However, I don't want to liability of these independant services and I shouldn't have to because the independant companies will have their own company protection. How should I structure this?
