Grand Rapids Furnished Mid Term Rentals

Anyone having success with Furnished Mid-Term (monthly) rentals in the Grand Rapids area? I recently acquired a STR in South Haven and would like to keep my investing local. Grand Rapids has very restrictive STR rules though so I thought Mid-Term may be the way to go.
