Recommendations for handy man or contractors
Hello Bigger-Pockets team, I'm the owner of a 4-Plex located in northern Phoenix and i'm seeking recommendations for a repeatable contractor to perform some work in one unit totaling 900 SqFt. Currently only one unit but I would like someone that I can work with for future projects.
Scope of work:
Interior Paint.
LVT install.
Bath-tub restoration.
Kitchen cabinet restoration.
