Hey BP, Im considering a property in Tuscaloosa, AL in need of a significant rehab. Does anyone have a contractor they’ve worked with in the past they’re willing to recommend? Looking to walk through with one in the next couple days. 203k experience preferred. Thanks in advance for any help!
