I'm beginning my search for contractors around Birmingham and would appreciate any referrals or cautions of guys/teams around town. I know the market is crazy busy right now so I'm looking for referrals from other investors. If you can't keep your contractor busy with flips or rehabs, keep him happy by sending a referral. Together we can keep teams busy and on our jobs! Appreciate the help!
