Rental Condo in Jackson/Victor/Driggs

Hi Everyone!

I just wanted to stop in and say Hi! I've been reading the forums non-stop trying to gather all the knowledge I can before we jump into the STR market in either Jackson Hole or across the line in Idaho. We are looking for a condo or town home that we can use several times a year and then rent it out when not in use. I see the both sides of the issue when trying to decide where to buy. I know I could buy more space for less money in Idaho but probably not rent it out as much, where the opposite seems true in Jackson. We absolutely love Jackson Hole and know we want to spend time out there when we retire, hence trying to buy something now and get it paid for before that happens. Anyway, just wanted to say hi and say thanks for all of the contributions to the board :) We will be in the valley next week and I can't wait!
