Investing out of state in Racine

I'm a young, new real estate investor and the area I live in is too expensive for me to start purchasing rental properties locally. I've done some market research and landed on Racine as a great area to start my first BRRR. Since this is out of state for me, I'm looking to get in touch with an entire team out in Racine. Does anyone know property managers, real estate agents, and/or contractors in Racine who would be willing to chat?

 Hello Cooper, I'm in the same boat as you, looking to invest into the Racine & Kenosha markets for long term cash flows in multifamily.  I've connected with Corina Eufinger who works in Property management and she's been great thus far.

    I’d suggest you also research and consider the Sheboygan market

    @Joseph Rice Thanks! I was thinking Racine because it has potential to draw people moving from Chicago as well as Milwaukee. What benefits do you think the Sheboygan market has over Racine?

    I live in Sheboygan and it is growing at a steady rate.  Very nice place to live.  Deals are few and far between right now though.  I've heard Racine is growing like wildfire because people are moving in droves over the border from Illinois.

    I have a strong network in Racine and Kenosha. I currently have 90 units under management in Racine/Kenosha. I also am a licensed realtor in WI/IL. I'd be glad connect and talk real estate/local vendors.

    Curious on anyone’s thoughts on Racine. The most recent post I have seen was 2021. I grew up in Racine but have not lived there for almost 25 years.

    I am looking to possibly invest in that area. I know those areas have become popular for people out of Milwaukee and Chicago, but also know that Kenosha is a little closer to Illinois.

    Anyone have any thoughts on what the rental market is looking like in Racine. Looking for long term rentals, multi family, and possibly BRRRR.

    Racine is a great rental market...I agree that Corina Eufinger is a good PM to consider. Also consider joining SWLA run by Jon Frickensmith--a great group of Racine/Kenosha landlords and they are very helpful with referrals, resources and keeping members up to date with landlord legislation.
