Investing in kitsap county
I'd love to hear from any investors who have rental properties in kitsap county (closer to the Kingston side) - is there a good rental market? Do your properties cashflow well? I know there has been a lot of growth in the last year. Did you find your properties off the MLS or off market deals? Thanks!

@Janine Huang, I help my clients both in Kitsap & other 3 big counties (King, Pierce, and Snohomish). I would recommend you to follow the deal and not getting fixated on a specific area.
